Singer Davido confirms upcoming video for ‘Feel’ which costs ₦100 million



Nigerian megastar, Davido has revealed he has shot a music video with TG Omori which costs 100 million naira.




Davido released his highly anticipated fourth album on Friday, titled ‘Timeless’. The album is his first release since May 2022 and his first album since 2020. One of the songs has received a 100 million naira budget video shoot.






Davido made the revelation in an interview with Beat FM which has rebranded to ‘TIMELESS FM’ in honour of Davido, a rebranding that will run for 2 days.





In the interview, Davido said he has shot a video for one of the songs on the album and it cost 100 million naira. The video was shot by ace videographer TG Omori who is known for his big budget cuts.





A confidential source disclosed to Pulse that the video in question is ‘Feel’ which is the second track on the album.





According to Davido, the video shoot lasted 5 days and it has a storyline. He also stated that he was proud of the result as the heavy budget was obvious in the output.





The music video is expected to drop in the coming weeks and fans will be eager to see the result of Nigeria’s most expensive music video.

Singer Wizkid’s Mother set for burial

Mrs Jane Dolapo Balogun, the late mother of superstar singer, Wizkid will be laid to rest on October 13, 2023. She died at around 1.30 a.m. on Friday, August 18th. However, the family of late Dolapo Balogun disclosed the details of her burial ceremony on Sunday, October, 8th. In a flyer seen on social media showed the funeral arrangements of the deceased who will have a wake keep and tribute night on Thursday, 12th October, 2023. Her funeral service will be held on Friday, 13th October at RCCG City of David, Victoria Island, Lagos. The deceased is survived by her husband Alhaji M.O Balogun; her four children, Yetunde Balogun, Omolara Balogun, Olubusayo Balogun, and Ayodeji Balogun, and her grandchildren. Two months after her death, the deceased is set to be buried in grand style as arrangements for her burial are already in top gear.
